Driving Simulators

Join us at Modal Training on Tuesday 22nd January 2019, at 12pm for the launch of our LGV Driver Apprenticeship programme.

With the huge shortage of drivers, adopting an apprenticeship model for recruitment is the perfect solution to increase the number of drivers being trained. Developed in conjunction with the sector, our LGV Apprenticeship programme is the ideal solution for the driver shortage as well as developing in-depth professional driver skills.

Depending on the size of your business you can access government funding or utilise your apprenticeship levy to pay for the 12-month Apprenticeship programme which provides you with professional training in a wide range of areas including category at C and C+E licences.

Join us in Immingham at the Modal Training centre on the 22nd January at midday:

  • How the LGV Driver Apprenticeship programme will work and is funded
  • Hear from a local haulier on why they got involved
  • Discover more about the programme and the full details of the training provided.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

The LGV Apprenticeship programme will be managed by The Grimsby Institute with specialist training provided by Transafe Training.
