CCNSG Nationally Accredited Safety Passport Course Overview

The aim of the CCNSG Safety Passport Scheme is to ensure a basic knowledge of health and safety for all site personnel to enable them, after appropriate site introduction, to work on site more safely with lower risk to themselves and others. The scheme, which results in the award of a ‘Safety Passport’ to contractor site personnel, is monitored and controlled by a national steering group known as the Client/Contractor National Safety Group (CCNSG).

This course has been given General Approval by the CITB and in scope employers are therefore able to claim back part of the course cost.
